We assure our clients (buyers/sellers) do not get cheated by the other party and even if the other party does not appear at the transaction point, our clients won’t be affected at all.

Why?

For our sellers: Because we absorbed the loss for you!!! According to the offers we received, we’ll filter them, get the best that we could and we pay you even before we meet the buyer..!! So even if our buyer last-min flies our kite, it won’t affect you at all as you’ve already received your payment for the sale.

For our buyers: We won’t collect the full payment until we have the item over our side and in front of your eyes!! The Flea Market totally understands that sometimes we have clients who have found a better deal or probably have a sudden loss of interest in the product at the last min but however, to prevent the Flea Market from being on the losing side, we’ll collect a deposit of 20% of the transaction sales and so you won’t have to suffer the total loss if you have no more interest in the item..!!

In Kel’s Flea Market, we believe in “One man’s meat is another man’s poison” What you don’t need, doesn’t mean others are not searching for it. So even if our buyers last min backed out the deal, we believe someday someone will be interested in it.

take note our potential buyers/seller:
- To keep the flea market running and easing our burning pockets in transportation & makan to keep our energy running, our middleman charges will be 10% of the transaction sale . And we’ll only collect the middleman charges if the deal is successful!!
